Our Rental Policy

Payment

A Booking Fee of 25% of total rental is required upon reservation. This fee is non-refundable, but is applied to the total rental. The balance due is required when you acquire the equipment.

Delivery

Delivery to street or dock level only is available for an additional charge, depending on location. Stairs, elevators or hand carrying to a remote location will entail additional fees.

Set-up/Take-down

Set-up and take-down of tables and chairs ONLY , is available for an additional fee, if arranged for in advance.

Pick-up

All equipment must be rinsed food free, and repacked in the same containers as delivered. Linens must be dry, to prevent mildew. Tables and chairs must be stacked as delivered.

Damage Waiver

We offer an optional damage waiver for your convenience.  Unless you ask us to delete it, we will add a 10% charge to your rental total.  This covers incidental breakage and shortages.  It does NOT cover theft, loss, major shortages, ruined tablecloths, cleaning charges or negligence."

General

You are responsible for all rental items until they are returned. Equipment must be stored indoors, or otherwise protected form the elements. You will be charged for damage, loss, misuse, take-down, or equipment returned dirty.
